Winona-Ryder
Winona Laura Horowitz professionally known by the name Winona Ryder is a native of Winona Minnesota. The parents of her daughter named her on her home town. Michel Horowitz was her father and Cynthia Palmer, his mother was both an author and editors. Ryder's dad came from the Jewish family. Ryder considers her self Jewish. The actress is the younger sister of Uria who is half-sibling to Jubal & Sunyata. In the year Ryder was just seven years old, her family moved to Mendocino County California. In the area, there was no electricity. Ryder was an avid read and would spend her days reading a book because she had no TV. At the age of twelve, Ryder joined the American Conservatory Theatre to take acting classes. In 1986 she landed her first major-screen appearance in the film Lucas aged just 15 years old. Ryder was bullied at high school. Her performance career, as she had hoped she would be able to assist her. But, unfortunately, that didn't come to pass. She continued to pursue her dreams. Ryder made her breakthrough with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder continued to play successful roles in a variety of films. Two Academy Awards were nominated, one for The Age of Innocence (1996).
